We provide evidence-based support for our clients to help them overcome any mental health challenges and enable them to be the very best version of themselves that they can possibly be. Our team works with all age ranges starting with very young children, young people, adults and couples who may need our support.

Rue is an experienced integrative counsellor working primarily with a person-centred approach to counselling whilst drawing from other theories and approaches to suit the clients needs, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA).
Victoria is an integrative counsellor having completed her FdSc Counselling course with Plymouth University and is a member of the BACP. Victoria has over 10 years’ experience working with clients with many different physical and emotional issues and their carers, including Life limiting/changing illness and disabilities, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and Autism. In the past two years Victoria has been an Addictions counsellor for a well-known organisation in Bristol.
Peter - The Peterson Practice
My clinic sessions are designed to help reduce anxiety and provide a calm space for you to move positively forward. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses clinically proven, evidence based techniques of Hypnotherapy, NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming and CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, tailored to meet your needs. In a relatively short space of time, this approach can make significant life changes to resolve unwelcome habits and create positive thought patterns at a subconscious level.
Dr Helen Fairchild
Dr Helen Fairchild is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS and charity sector for over 10 years. She specialises in working with children, adolescents and families, and is trained to help with problems such as depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, social anxiety, poor sleep, self-harm, anger and behavioural difficulties. Helen has a large amount of experience working with young people on the autism spectrum or with other neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD or learning difficulties.
Dr Katherine Baly
Katherine is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS and charity sectors for the last fifteen years. Her background in adult mental health has provided her with specific skills in working with adults affected by low mood, depression and anxiety. She has a special interest in working with post-traumatic stress and is an Eye Movement and De-sensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. She draws on a range of approaches whilst recognising the importance of the relationship between therapist and client.
I am a senior Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist covering the South Glos and North Bristol area. I am married with three grown up children. I first became interested in hypnotherapy when I visited a local hypnotherapist regarding weight loss some years ago and was absolutely blown away by the results that were achieved. I was inspired to find out more, and after much research, I decided to take a change in direction and train to become a hypnotherapist myself.
Dr Rachel Gillibrand
I am an experienced psychologist and hypnotherapist and I work with people of all ages. I am happy to work with you or your child or teen on a range of concerns such as anger management, anxiety (general anxiety or anxiety worsened by school or work), poor sleeping patterns, low mood and depression, and also to help resolve personal trauma. The approach I use helps you to find a way to live your best life, uncovering your strengths and abilities and helping you to be the very best version of you. Hypnotherapy can be added to this approach to help you make these changes in a relaxed but powerful way.
