We provide evidence-based support for our clients to help them overcome any mental health challenges and enable them to be the very best version of themselves that they can possibly be. Our team works with all age ranges starting with very young children, young people, adults and couples who may need our support.

Dr Helen Fairchild
Dr Helen Fairchild is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS and charity sector for over 10 years. She specialises in working with children, adolescents and families, and is trained to help with problems such as depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, social anxiety, poor sleep, self-harm, anger and behavioural difficulties. Helen has a large amount of experience working with young people on the autism spectrum or with other neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD or learning difficulties.
Dr Louise Tarrant
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who provides specialist psychological assessments and therapy for adolescents (16yrs +) and adults who have distressing mental or physical health symptoms. I have additional specific expertise in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with Chronic Pain.
Rue Smith
Rue is an experienced integrative counsellor working primarily with a person-centred approach to counselling whilst drawing from other theories and approaches to suit the clients needs, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA).
Peter - The Peterson Practice
Peter is an experienced Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist who specialises in helping adults and young people (15+). He helps with problems including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic attacks, social anxiety, poor sleep, self-harm, anger and performance issues. Peter has a wide experience of working with people with ADHD/ADD, Dyslexia, Autism and other forms of neurological diversity. Every treatment is personalised to each client and the therapy is tailored to each individuals personality, preferences and individual needs.
Vicki Johnstone
I am Vicki (she/her) a senior practitioner with 20 years of clinical experience within private, charitable, voluntary, judicial, health and social care sectors. I'm skilled at working with people throughout their lives; children and young adults currently make up most of my caseload, but I'm more than happy to work with people through adulthood too.
Mel Phillips
I have over 12 years' experience of working in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services as a Senior CAMHS Mental Health Specialist with Children and Young People aged between 5 - 18 years, presenting with wide-ranging emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, OCD, as well as within specialist eating disorders and family therapy clinics. I have also worked within specialist CAMHS services specialising in Looked After and Adopted Children and Young People mental health. I am also a qualified Child EMDR Therapist.
Dr Leanne M Hayward
I am a private consultant psychiatrist, specialising in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions affecting adults (18+), including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Psychosis, Perinatal mental health conditions, and workplace mental health. I am a UK-trained medical doctor, with over 20 years’ experience working in and leading NHS Mental Health services. I am an accredited specialist regulated by the General Medical Council, UK and a trained Executive Coach.
David Cox

I will support you to look beneath the surface and see things you haven’t seen before and help you find a way to move forward.
Dr Rachel Gillibrand
I am an experienced psychologist and hypnotherapist and I work with both children (6yrs - 18yrs) and adults. I am happy to work on a range of concerns such as anger management, anxiety (general anxiety or anxiety worsened by school or work), poor sleeping patterns, low mood and depression, and also to help resolve personal trauma.
Dr Carole Francis-Smith
Dr Carole Francis-Smith is an experienced Counselling Psychologist who has worked in the NHS, charity, and private sectors. She offers tailored therapy support across the age groups from 14 years upwards and is trained in a variety of different therapeutic techniques/approaches such as; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Compassion Focused Therapy.
Alexandra Ogando
My name is Alex and I am a Dramatherapist who works with young people aged 10-17, and adults over the age of 18. I have experience working with some of the South West’s most prominent support services, including: the NHS CAMHS Crisis Intervention Team, 1625 Independent People, Creative Youth Network, Next Link, The National Autistic Society, Mind, and Off The Record, where I continue to work part-time as a therapist.

Lucy Sanderson
I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with both adults and children from age 9 upwards. I am warm and approachable and strive to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to explore anything that you wish to talk about. My core modalility is person-centred; however I am trained to integrate other psychological approaches into our work together. This may mean the incorporation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as the use of Creative and Symbolic strategies.
Isabelle Corak
I am an experienced Counsellor and I offer a confidential and calm environment in which you can feel comfortable and safe to be yourself. I use a person-centered approach, this approach is based on the belief that we are all individual experts on our true selves.
It follows that each of us has the ability to live our life to our full potential. The beauty of this approach is that we can adjust the way it works to fit your needs. I work with adults and young people from the age of 16 years upwards.

My name is Julie. I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor. My working style is person-centred combined with drawing on elements of different theories and techniques such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic and psychosynthesis to offer flexibility to best suit your needs. With the key success of counselling being the therapeutic relationship, I use my friendly, warm, open and calm approach to provide a comfortable environment and enhance the therapeutic relationship.

Counselling for Adults: Sometimes life’s twists and turns can stop us in our tracks, or we recognise we feel uncomfortable or misaligned. Therapy can help to explore and smooth out our inner selves.
Counselling for Children aged 9+, Tweens, Teens & Young Adults: If you are concerned about a young person navigating challenges, worries, or distress it can be hard to know how to help. Therapy can be a place to make sense of their upsets and find some calm.
Emma Cumberland
I am an NCPS accredited, trauma informed integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I provide support for adults, teenagers and children from 9 years for a wide range of presenting issues, with a special interest in trauma, grief and traumatic loss.
I am passionate about supporting people who are feeling stuck, unable to fully connect to themselves and their lives, and are unsure how to move forward. Together, we can gently explore your difficulties, strengths and hopes to enable you to meet your goals.
