We welcome referrals from any health professional and we also accept self-referral

We aim to give people an appointment as soon as we can. We have a large team of specialists and we can generally find an appropriate appointment for you within a few days.

Your Visit

We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm

The clinic has a free car park attached to the building. Please come up the drive and turn left into the visitor’s car park.

Yes, you are most welcome to bring someone with you if you wish.

That depends on which therapists you are coming to see. It is best to ask your health professional directly.

We are in a lovely rural location and therefore public transport is a little intermittent. Depending on the starting location, there are a few buses which come through the village on an hourly basis. Please check your local bus timetable for more information.

Yes, you are able to bring your child/children with you to your session. However, we do not have any facilities for you to leave them unattended, they will need to join you. Please speak to your therapist to discuss this in more detail.

Emails and answerphone messages are regularly checked. If you need to contact us outside of our normal working hours then please either email us on [email protected] or phone us on 01454 228925 and a member of our team will get back to as soon as we can.

We always welcome feedback from our clients, as this helps to shape the services that we provide. If you would like to provide some feedback then please email the Practice Manager, Caroline Huish on [email protected] Additionally, if you have a complaint or concern about the service that you have received from any of our team, then please let our Practice Manager know.

Accessibility

Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp and all doorways and downstairs rooms are fully accessible. However, please note that we do not have a downstairs toilet.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your guide / assistance dog with you. We are a very dog friendly clinic.

About Therapy

With most therapies there will be an Initial Consultation and Assessment session. Depending on the therapy and therapist, this may be a separate appointment or integrated into the first session.

All of our therapists are interviewed by our Practice Manager and have to pass certain criteria in order to practice at the clinic. This includes appropriate qualifications, continual professional development, regular supervision (where appropriate) and registration with appropriate regulated professional organisations.

Yes, everything you bring to a session is confidential, with the rare exception of cases where you are at risk to yourself or to others. Then, your therapist may want to contact other professionals or your GP to ensure that you get more help if you need it.

Yes, all of our therapists are members of relevant professional bodies. They all undertake Continued Professional Development sessions and regular supervision where appropriate.

Yes we have several specialists who work with children and young people

Payment

You can pay with cash, via bank transfer or by credit/debit card via a card reader.

Health insurance policies vary widely. Please consult your insurance provider for any query regarding your cover.
