Therapist profile

As a counsellor, I am committed to supporting you in overcoming emotional blocks, repetitive patterns, and unhelpful behaviours. Finding the right therapist can feel incredibly daunting, but if you look like you have it all together while secretly feeling exhausted, anxious, or disconnected, you are in the right place. While I specialise in helping adults unpack the hidden roots of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, and family boundary issues, my door is open to anyone who feels overwhelmed by daily life. You don't even need to know exactly why you're considering therapy right now; we will explore that together, building a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, safety, and deep empathy.

I provide a non-judgemental space for you to pause, reflect, and find what you need to live a fulfilling life. While my primary approach is person-centred, I integrate other psychological methods tailored to your specific needs, helping you find clarity and direction at your own pace. Together, we will look at your thoughts, feelings, and earlier experiences to help you better understand your relationships today, empowering you to break old habits and live a more balanced, authentic life. Ultimately, my goal is to help you understand your past so you can find peace, healing, and meaningful change in your present.

To help you take that first step, I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can begin to get to know each other and see how we might work together.
