The clinic is based in a stunning Grade II listed building in the conservation village of Iron Acton, Bristol, South Gloucestershire. Our beautifully appointed private therapy rooms are airy and spacious with ample room for social distancing. All therapy rooms have fully opening windows with natural light; they are sound proofed and decorated and equipped to a very high specification. There is a welcoming and calming waiting room for clients. Clients and therapists can enjoy extensive free onsite parking, and also access to a peaceful private clinic garden.

If you are a therapist, practitioner or consultant looking to hire a therapy room to run your private practice we believe that you have come to the right place. The Old Rectory Clinic is run by therapists for therapists so we have first-hand experience of what it is like to build a private practice. We have made our booking system as simple as possible to enable you to fully focus on supporting your clients and patients.

We also understand how isolating it can sometimes be being a self-employed. At the heart of the clinic is the feeling of being part of a wonderful and supportive community. It is very important to us that all therapists feel a valued member of the clinic team. By encouraging this team feel, supportive professional relationships can be built and cross referrals optimised.

Therapy room rental rates

The clinic is interested in receiving enquiries from therapists, practitioners and consultants in all disciplines. The therapy rooms can be booked in a variety of five hour blocks 9am – 2pm and 3pm – 8pm with a minimum of one block per week commitment.

The room rental fee structure starts from £42 per block
No fixed term contract, just two month’s notice is required

We understand that establishing and growing your private practice can be a daunting prospect. 4Therapy room rental requirements

All applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

The Old Rectory Clinic heritage

The Old Rectory Clinic is located within a stunning Grade II listed building in the rural village of Iron Acton, near Yate Bristol, South Gloucestershire.  The Old Rectory was built in 1830 for the Reverend Salter, Rector of Iron Acton, in the patronage of Christ Church, Oxford.  The Old Rectory was built in the grounds of the original Parsonage, the remains of which can be seen as two medieval archways either side of the driveway. In 1958 the church sold the building for private ownership and for the past 60 years it has had various uses including being a family home, several offices, a bed and breakfast, a restaurant and now a health and wellbeing clinic. 

The Old Rectory Clinic opened in 2015 with a handful of specialist therapists.  During this time the clinic has steadily grown year on year and now has a strong team of professionals running successful private practices.   The clinic is beautifully decorated and well equipped allowing therapists and their clients a professional setting in a non-clinical atmosphere.
