EMDR:

I offer therapeutic support for children and young people and adults with wide-ranging emotional and behavioural difficulties, in particular, those who are struggling with symptoms of low mood, anxiety difficulties, as well as symptoms of trauma. An indication that someone may be struggling with symptoms of trauma can include reactive behaviours, hyper vigilance, anxiety and other mood difficulties, nightmares and flashbacks or avoidance of reminders.

Family Work and Parent Consultations:

I offer therapy sessions for families who may be seeking support to enhance understanding and more positive relationships between family members for wide ranging reasons, including major life events such as illness, bereavement and coming to terms with family breakdown. I also offer parent consultation appointments, lasting 60 minutes, for parents who are concerned about how best to support their young person who is struggling with their well-being, but who does not wish to engage in therapy, or otherwise are wondering what support might be most helpful.
