I am a private consultant psychiatrist, specialising in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions affecting adults (18+), including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Psychosis, Perinatal mental health conditions, and workplace mental health. I am a UK-trained medical doctor, with over 20 years’ experience working in and leading NHS Mental Health services. I am an accredited specialist regulated by the General Medical Council, UK and a trained Executive Coach.
I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to your wellbeing and recovery. This means considering all relevant biological, psychological and social factors, building a tailored treatment plan including appropriate medication and therapies, and (if required) providing referrals to trusted, highly-qualified therapists to support your ongoing recovery.

A clinical hour is an industry standard comprising 45 mins consultation and 15 mins administration
Includes a full report to patient/referrer/specialist/GP and liaison with midwife/obstetrician as required. Please note we cannot accept some Health Insurance providers as a payment for perinatal mental health assessment, as some insurers do not cover pregnancy related conditions.

A perinatal assessment comprises 70 minutes consultation and 20 mins administration/clinical liaison
Via video or in-person (up to 30 mins): £195
Via video or in-person (up to 1 hour): £375
Each additional 15 mins or part thereof: £100
