What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology uses the gentle art of muscle testing to identify structural, chemical or emotional imbalances in the body. These muscle monitoring techniques are designed to gain accurate information about what is needed to help the mind, body and spirit. Kinesiology, therefore, may be understood as a system of natural health care which combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess energy and body function, applying a range of gentle yet powerful healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.

I am a homeopath and Kinesiologist. I was introduced to homeopathy by my GP some 12 years ago and homeopathy has since been the first choice to managing my family’s health and wellbeing. We use homeopathy because it works, is natural, non toxic and supports our immune system rather than suppresses it and this is the key to sustaining our health and wellbeing long term. I have also added kinesiology to my skill set as both these disciplines complement each other very well to the benefit of my clients.

I am a Systematic Kinesiologist and a member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology. I am also a Reiki Master.  I first learned about kinesiology (kin-easy-ology) four years ago when looking for a way to get the answers to the root cause of an autoimmune thyroid condition I had been diagnosed with some three years earlier. I was instantly hooked as I began to heal slowly but surely, layer by layer, by trusting what my body was communicating to my kinesiologist.
