I am a homeopath and Kinesiologist. I was introduced to homeopathy by my GP some 12 years ago and homeopathy has since been the first choice to managing my family’s health and wellbeing. We use homeopathy because it works, is natural, non toxic and supports our immune system rather than suppresses it and this is the key to sustaining our health and wellbeing long term. I have also added kinesiology to my skill set as both these disciplines complement each other very well to the benefit of my clients.
Nowadays many healthcare professionals are coming across people with increasingly complex issues. Exposure to emotional and environmental stress plays a big part and muscle testing helps us to understand more specifically what needs to come out and what needs to come into our bodies. Combining homeopathy with kinesiology in my practice is like being able to look at two different maps on the google map search: the road map and the Earth satellite map. With this broader spectrum of knowledge and skills I am in a stronger position to help my clients move towards enjoying better health.Parallel to being a homeopath and kinesiologist I am also an Occupational Therapist (OT) working part time for NHS. I have clinical speciality in the management of chronic conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, Chronic Pain, CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome), Fibromyalgia and CFS/ME, depression and anxiety. In this role much of my work entails supporting clients to gain greater sense of control of their situation by teaching them the ‘self management’ skills. This shift in provision of healthcare over the past 10 years influenced me to broaden my own healthcare options and this subsequently led me to train as a homeopath.I am privileged to be in a position to do so and I am passionate to help others understand more about health and how this can be enhanced with homeopathy. My clients tell me they like my gentle caring, soulful approach, that they feel understood and inspired by me. During your consultation we will discuss what you experience, how this affects you, what triggered it, what makes it better or worse. This will help me understand what is that is unique to you and allow me to recommend a remedy that will reflect your state in that situation.
If you feel that you would like to meet me, work with me or are interested to find more about homeopathy and if/how this could help you get in touch for a free 20 minute chat or to make an appointment.
