Let Go Yoga Workshop

Enjoy a day away from the busyness of daily life. Restore balance and energy. Deepen your yoga practice and knowledge. Give yourself time, space and permission to truly let go. Let go Yoga Retreats include yoga, freshly cooked food and a friendly atmosphere in the rural setting of Iron Acton Village. These one day retreats are open to all and are suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience. Each day retreat includes all the aspects you'd expect on a longer retreat so you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, minus that long drive or flight home! The day includes a freshly prepared vegetarian or vegan lunch. Time for walks around the beautiful grounds of the nearby village, chats with new friends, relaxing, dozing, sunbathing, meditating or reading with a cuppa in one of the tranquil therapy rooms! Each day retreat will be small, intimate and catered to your needs (only eight places available).
