Karen Foxwell

We are delighted to welcome our newest team member, Karen Foxwell. Karen will be teaching Kundalini Yoga weekly on a Monday evening starting on 4th January 2016. Kundalini yoga has been around for a few thousand years but was little known in the West until introduced by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960s. An uplifting blend of physical and spiritual practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates breathing, meditation and sounding techniques along with exercises that help to increase strength and suppleness. With a philosophy of 'do your best', it can be enjoyed by everyone no matter what their age or physical ability.
