My interest in remedial massage came about from having a very active lifestyle and a need for regular body work.  Receiving regular treatment made it possible for me to continue doing what I love and to reach my goals.  This influenced a desire to help others in the same way so I decided to retrain and become a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. If you would like to move forward in life a little more freely I can provide massage therapy treatments  specific to you and how you use your body. I aim to alleviate symptoms caused by musculoskeletal conditions ranging from sport related strains or sprains to muscle tension linked to emotional stress. By working together we can begin your journey to easier movement.

The Old Rectory Clinic in Iron Acton is conveniently located with easy access from Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Frampton Cotterell, Coalpit Heath, Winterbourne, Westerleigh, Thornbury and the surrounding areas.
