What is a Pregnancy Massage?

Massage in pregnancy can ease many classic pregnancy symptoms, including backache, hip tension, achey legs, anxiety, poor sleep and general stress, carpal tunnel syndrome and more. Pregnancy massage is always tailored to the individuals needs with regard to the stage of pregnancy. Often massage is given in the side lying position, and maybe on a massage couch or futon on the floor.
